Mark is the Operations Manager at Upside Down Therapy, supporting the smooth and efficient running of the practice. Mark keeps everything running smoothly so families and therapists can focus on what matters most.
With a background in design and print management, Mark transitioned into the allied health space to support the growth and sustainability of the team and the client experience.
Mark oversees the business’s day-to-day functions, including accounts, administration, budgeting, compliance, and resource management. His strong attention to detail and systems-thinking approach allows the clinical team to focus on delivering high-quality care to families.
Mark is also involved in the design, development and delivery of SensoryU — Upside Down Therapy’s partner brand offering high-quality therapy equipment for clinicians, schools, and families.
When Mark’s not at the office, he’s is busy with school drop-offs, cheering from the sidelines at sports, or managing his therapy equipment business, SensoryU, to ensure clients have access to the best tools available. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his family, camping, trail running, hitting the beach, and enjoying outdoor adventures.
