Lochie is an Occupational Therapist who works with children and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, emotional regulation, and social skill development.
Lochie has experience in clinic and community settings and is passionate about supporting neurodivergent children to build confidence, flexibility, and connection. He uses a strengths-based, play-led approach to help children feel safe, supported, and engaged in therapy.
Lochie has a particular interest in working with children and teens who experience anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or sensory processing differences. He also has a growing interest in supporting clients with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profiles through affirming, relationship-based strategies.
Lochie uses a combination of sensory integration, mental health-informed practices, and child-led play to support functional outcomes in daily life. He believes that when therapy is fun, meaningful, and collaborative, children are more likely to make lasting gains.
