Giulia is the friendly face that welcomes families to Upside Down Therapy — and the calm, organised magic behind the scenes that keeps our clinic humming. As our Practice Manager, she looks after the day-to-day running of the practice, supporting our families and our therapists so everyone can focus on what matters most: the kids.
With over nine years in allied health administration, Giulia knows exactly how to make a busy clinic feel warm, welcoming and wonderfully organised. Her calm and compassionate nature means families feel cared for from their very first phone call, and our team knows there’s always someone in their corner keeping everything on track.
Before allied health, Giulia spent 18 years teaching piano to children and adults — so she knows a thing or two about patience, encouragement, and celebrating the small wins (and she can spot a budding musician in our waiting room from a mile away!).
When she’s not at work, Giulia has 2 boys that keep her busy! In her down time, she enjoys listening to music, reading, cooking, and going for walks with her family. She’s also a big sports fan (especially when the Brisbane Broncos are playing!) and loves spending quality time with friends and loved ones.
