About You

  • A qualified Occupational Therapist (paediatric and/or sensory integration experience highly desirable)
  • Passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and families
  • Confident and curious in your clinical reasoning – and eager to keep learning and growing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children with a range of speech and language challenges to find their unique voice.
  • Creating engaging, playful therapy plans that make communication development exciting and meaningful.
  • Helping children overcome speech and language barriers, including articulation, social communication, and expressive/receptive language.
  • Working closely with families to empower them with strategies and tools that foster progress both in therapy sessions and at home.
  • Collaborating with other therapists, teachers, and families to ensure the child’s needs are fully met in a holistic, team-oriented approach.
  • Celebrating each child’s communication progress, big or small, and making learning a joyful experience.

About You

  • A qualified Speech Therapist with tertiary qualifications and eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting families.
  • Experience or interest in paediatric speech and language development, including articulation, language delays, and social communication skills.
  • Creative thinkers who can make therapy fun and engaging for kids of all ages.
  • A commitment to staying up-to-date with evidence-based practices and professional development.

Administrator / Practice Manager – The Heartbeat of Our Practice

Are you a super-organised multitasker with a passion for ensuring everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for an enthusiastic administrator to handle the operations magic that keeps our practice humming. If you’ve got a knack for keeping things organised, have a love for organising birthdays and team lunches, and enjoy working with a fun, positive team, this role is for you!

  • Assisting with scheduling, client communications, and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Helping our clients with a warm smile, ensuring they feel valued and supported from start to finish.
  • Overseeing financial administration, ensuring billing and accounts are in tip-top shape.

About You

  • You’re highly organised, efficient, and have excellent attention to detail.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are the friendly face of our practice.
  • You’re a natural problem solver who can think on your feet and take initiative.
  • You have experience in administration, customer service, or allied health management (bonus points for NDIS experience!).
  • You’re proficient with software systems used for day-to-day administration tasks.
  • You have a passion for providing exceptional client care.
